Terms & Conditions

Subject to availability, items will be carefully packed in board-backed envelopes and dispatched to you within 4 working days of receipt of payment. UK delivery is usually 2-4 working days of dispatch.
We are not held responsible for any postal delays or loss of items. If required we can provide you with a proof of postage.

For UK deliveries – free delivery using Second Class Royal Mail or Signed For, at our discretion.
For international deliveries – Royal Mail International Standard Service, International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed For, at our discretion. A flat rate (dependant on postal zone) + 35p per card is calculated once your delivery address has been added, covering the extra costs involved in posting overseas.

While we do our best to maintain availability of stock, products may go out of stock from time to time and are offered subject to availability. You will be advised of any considerable delay and be given the opportunity to request a full refund.
We always aim to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible (within 4 working days of receipt of your payment).
Should there be an issue with your order, you will be contacted by email to resolve the matter.

Each card is individually inspected before packing. However, if you change your mind or are not entirely happy with any item/s you may return it/them for a full refund. Postage is non-refundable.
Please notify, by email quoting the order number supplied to you, within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return the item/s .
You will need to return the item/s within 14 days of this notification to the address we supply by return email.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, therefore you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
Your refund will be paid within 14 days of the returned item/s being received.

We take every care to ensure that the cards are correctly described and specified when they are added to the website, but cannot take responsibility for any variation in colour on your computer.

You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel, any payment made will be refunded in full within 14 days.

We accept online payment by Paypal.
All prices are stated in £Sterling (GBP).
We never see or have access to any payment card details – all payment transactions are handled by Paypal. We charge for all orders at the time of purchase and will advise you if we cannot supply according to availability. We will always refund your card if we’re unable to supply the merchandise you order. In placing an order you undertake to us that all details provided to us for the purpose of the order and its delivery will be correct.
